Refund Process
- Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Credit is applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable service.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made leather goods, personalized engravings, and items purchased on clearance/sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
